1. MOC: - Inside S.S.304 18 SWG. Sheets & Outside S.S. 304 16 SWG Sheets. Main frame of M.S. 65mm X 65mm X 6mm Thk.Angle or 60mm X 60mm X 3mm Thk. Sq. Pipe.

2. Door: - Heavy Duty Single door. Leaf Type opening arrangements with minimum 3 Nos. Heavy Duty High.

3. Heating: - Specially designed S.S. 304 Tubular Finned Electric Heaters to achieve desired temperature. Finned Tube Heaters of 1 Kw. Each. Total 9-12 Kw.

IF Make Steam Radiator’s made out of heavy duty 25mm NB S.S. 304 finned Tubes Assembly. The IF make Radiator’s give maximum heat surface are in order to achieve maximum temperature in minimum time. It goes under Strict Hydro Testing along with other durability tests.

IF Make Thermic Fluid Radiator’s, made out of heavy duty 25mm NB S.S. 304 finned Tubes Assembly. The Thermic Fluid Heat Exchangers are specially designed for oil heating. TheIF make Radiator’s give maximum heat surface are in order to achieve maximum temperature in minimum time.

4. Finish: - Inside with Mirror Polish Buff and outside with Matt Finish Buff.

5. Trolley: - IF make S.S. 304 Heavy Duty(Mirror Finish) Tubular Trolley made out of Square Pipes & Round pipes. Holding capacity 48 trays X 1 Nos.

6. Air Circulation: - Air will be circulated with the help of a Co axial fan providing maximum quantum of air required for drying process. Air will be controlled through inlet (with suitable filter) & out let dampers provided either on top of the dryer or on either sides. HP 1440 RPM STD Motor of Hindustan/Crompton.

7. Control Circuit: - Consists of all the safety as well as controlling systems required for the Dryer. Made out of S.S. 304 body and mounted on the Dryer's Body. All the switch gears are of reputed and internationally approved brand.

8. Insulation: - 50mm – 60mm Thk. Glass Wool/Rockwool.

9. Forced Draft Air Cooling System (Optional): - Forced Draft Cooling system is a latest improvement done by IF in the Field of Drying. In order to get Faster Production and reduce cooling time of the heated product, We have developed this system which cools down the material within the dryer itself. Give faster & better quality of finished product. We have successfully installed this system for many of our customer's.

A spectrophotometer is a color measurement device used to capture and evaluate color. Every physical sample has its own reflectance, or the amount of light it reflects, and transmittance, or the amount of light it absorbs. A reflectance spectrophotometer shines a beam of light and measures the amount of light reflected from different wavelengths of the visible spectrum, while a transmission spectrophotometer measures how much light passes through the sample. Spectrophotometers can measure and provide quantitative analysis for just about anything, including liquids, plastics, paper, metal, fabric, and painted samples to verify color remains consistent from conception to delivery.
